What is Yoga Lola About?

We are a yoga studio, a healing center, and a learning center.  Yoga Lola is about creating stength, courage, and beauty in yourself, in others, and in the world we all inhabit.  It's about learning how to reach for your highest potential physically, emotionally, and spirtually.  Ultimately, Yoga Lola is about you becoming yourself.

Yoga Lola is a Kundalini-based yoga practice.  Our studio offers:

Yoga Lola Studios is expanding!

Yoga Lola will open its new, stunning, 1667 sq ft location on one acre of land in league city, Texas in October 2008!

Yoga Lola is expanding from its current small studio space to a 1,667 square foot, multi-level yoga center, conveniently located at Highway 3,  one block South of 96.  The Center is easy to get to from I-45, Hwy 3, Hwy 96, NASA Road 1, and FM 518.  It is within easy driving distance from Webster, Kemah, Clear Lake Shores, Nassau Bay, Dickenson, and Friendswood.

The interior of the Center has three dedicated yoga rooms, a meditation and healing room, a small informative library, and incredibly beautiful, serene, well-kept grounds.  The grounds (about 1 acre total) are nestled within a open field and forrested area, and offer lots of trees, flowers, and abundant wildlife to enjoy!

The Center is being rennovated right now.  Pictures will be posted as the work progresses and as the studio becomes more stunningly beautiful, with custom artwork and a simple, elegant decor.

1-3-6 and 12-month memberships will be available very soon.  Monthly workshops, poetry reading nights, spiritual cinema nights, and other special activities are also being planned; a full schedule will be available once the new Center officially opens.

We expect to be ready to open the door for business at our new studio by Fall 2008, and a grand opening is planned.  Until then, classes are on-going at our smaller studio!
